- 解釈：往々にして近道を、それも最も抵抗の少ない路線を選ぶから、つかの間の成功をしても、満足すべき結果に至らない。
- Literal：The person who does not act causes the failure. The failure prepares for failure and, by the person who is going to act daringly, does not get up.
- Interpretation：Often, a shortcut, that also chooses a little line of the resistance most, so even if success in the brief moment is done, does not come to the result which should be met.
